The ROI of Play

Monday, May 28th, 2012

There is an adage that “companies that play together, stay together.”

If you have ever attended a good team building event, you know first-hand the power of play. I recently facilitated a “Minute to Win It Teams” team building event for an internal sales team. The event was modeled after the hit TV show “Minute to Win It.” The group of individuals who participated ended the day as an energetic, laughter-filled and cohesive team.

Can you imagine how those attributes would benefit your work group?

My good friend, Brooke Green from Caskey Achievement Strategies, interviewed me for her Whiteboard Wednesday show. Check out the video below to see fun footage from the event.
