The internationally-recognized Adizes MethodologyTM and Top Leadership Forum is being offered for the first time to entrepreneurs and C-level executives in Indiana by Leadership Horizons, Carmel, IN. Based on Dr. Ichak Adizes’ work with global organizations spanning more than 35 years, TopLeaF unlocks the secrets of the corporate lifecycle to help businesses push through traditional barriers of growth and create sustainable organizations.

The TopLeaF program is targeted for entrepreneurs and top executive teams who are ready to move beyond success (and even survival) to sustainability. Offered through executive coach Ron Ernst, each program will consist of 10-15 organizational leaders meeting once every three weeks for a 9-month intensive leadership forum. Through TopLeaf’s critical insight, guidance and peer support, organizations will be able to make the transition from entrepreneurship to professional management, and build a sustainable, competitive advantage that propels the company profitably into the future.
